The Green Liner, is a
liner that was designed to milk cows comfortably. It has three basic elements consisting
of material, design and system settings, that allow it to provide healthy teat ends,
less squawks, and fast milking.
Silicone is the material of choice when it comes to liners - it has a greater chemical
resistance, is less abrasive, and lasts longer than organic rubber. Silicone also
meets 3-A Sanitary Standards for milking inflations.
Why Silicone?

The Tri-Circle® design has a round barrel that collapses as a triangle, the
design allows the teat to fit better and have more contact with the liner, helping
to reduce squawks. This design also allows adequate pressure to reduce blood pooling
in the teat end by full area contact with the teat and liner.

Since the liner does not act alone in the milking process, system settings play
an important role in milking the cow comfortably. Proper settings and installation
will ensure optimum performance of the Green Liner, system should be evaluated under
load and adjustments made accordingly.
